Chocolate Zucchini Bread

Summer Fun starts off with Chocolate Zucchini Bread my favorite.

  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 Cup Apple Sauce
  • 2 ¼ Cup Sugar
  • 4 tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Cup Mini Chocolate Chips
  • 3 Cups Flour
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1 tsp. Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp. Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
  • 4 Cups Grated Zucchini


  1. Pre-Heat Oven to 350 Degrees. Grease 2 – 8” x 4” Bread Pans with butter and flour.
  2. In a mixing bowl add eggs, apple sauce, sugar and vanilla and mix well. In a bowl add flour, salt, soda, baking powder and cinnamon. Slowly add the dry ingredient to the egg mixture. Add the zucchini and mix well. Fold in the chocolate chips and combine well.
  3. Pour into loaf pans and back in Oven for 55 minutes or until bread is cooked completely. Cool in pans and remove and serve.
