This easy breakfast sandwich is fast and you can cook over the fire pit.

- 4 English Muffins
- 6 Eggs
- 4 Slices Bacon
Directions
- Over the fire pit and coals are hot move to the edge and place rock in a balance position.Ā This will keep the heat so you can cook.Ā Cut muffins in half and place in a tin place next to rocks to warm by the fire it. Place Bacon on the iron pan and cook until crispy.Ā Add the eggs to the pan after the bacon is removed and scramble them with a fork.Ā Muffins should be warm by this time add bacon and egg. Enjoy.
