These homemade breakfast sandwich will leave you full for the day.

Ingredients
- 1 Buttermilk Biscuit
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Tbsp. Milk
- 1 Butter
- Pinch of Pepper
- 1 Slices of Applewood Bacon
- 1 Slice of American Cheese
Directions
- Make a batch of my Homemade Buttermilk Biscuits * See Rimmerās Red Barn Bread Tab.
- In a bowl mix the eggs, milk and pepper. Add 1 Tbsp. of butter to a frying pan and scramble the eggs until cooked. Cook the Bacon until Crisp.Ā Cut the biscuit in half and add a slice of cheese. Add some scramble cooked eggs to the cheese and top with the cooked Bacon. Serve and enjoy.
