Country Breakfast Sandwich

These homemade breakfast sandwich will leave you full for the day.

  • 1 Buttermilk Biscuit
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. Milk
  • 1 Butter
  • Pinch of Pepper
  • 1 Slices of Applewood Bacon
  • 1 Slice of American Cheese



  1. Make a batch of my Homemade Buttermilk Biscuits * See Rimmer’s Red Barn Bread Tab.
  2. In a bowl mix the eggs, milk and pepper. Add 1 Tbsp. of butter to a frying pan and scramble the eggs until cooked. Cook the Bacon until Crisp.  Cut the biscuit in half and add a slice of cheese. Add some scramble cooked eggs to the cheese and top with the cooked Bacon. Serve and enjoy.
