Italian Chicken Tacos

This easy Chicken Taco recipe is perfect for a Hot Summer Dinner idea.

  • 2 Chicken Boneless Breast
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 1 Cup Italian Dressing
  • ½ Cup of Water
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 Orange
  • ½ Cup Shredded Lettuce
  • 1 Small Tomatoes
  • ½ Cup Monterey Jack Cheese Shredded
  • 6 Corn Tortilla’s


  1. Rinse of the Chicken and season with Salt and Pepper.  Place into a frying pan with a little oil and begin to cook for 4 mins per side and flip.  Add 1 Cup of Italian Dressing, ½ Cup water to pan and cover for 10 minutes.  After the 10 minutes remove lid and squeeze the orange, and lemon juices over the chicken and cook for another 3 minutes. The chicken breast should be cooked completely.
  2. Remove and cut into small cubes, if chicken is not cooked then place back into the pan and cook until done. Take a small frying pan and add ½ cup of oil.  Bring to heat. Add a corn tortilla right when it begins to float or bubble fold in half and cook for about 1 minutes or until hold taco shape. Remove from pan and rest on paper towel.  For plating take the corn tortilla and add the chicken, lettuce, tomatoes and cheese. For extra taste sprinkle a little of the Italian Dressing onto the Taco.
