Spam Cabin

This is the best little fun ideas with some Spam and Eggs.

  • 2 Large Peeled Grated Potatoes
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1 tsp. Pepper
  • 1 tsp. Onion Powder
  • 2 Tbsp. of Butter
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 Can of Low Sodium Spam


  1. In a large skilled add the butter and then your grated potatoes cook until golden brown before you turn over.  Sprinkle with the salt and pepper before you flip the hash browns.  Flip the hash browns and cook until golden brown.  Open you can of Spam and slice thin strips of the Spam to cook and brown.  Once your spam is cooked remove from a Pan.
  2. Take a small skillet and add tbsp. of butter and fry 2 over medium eggs.  Cut a square from the Cooked Hash browns and plate. Take your cooked strips of the spam make a square around the hash brown.  Place a cooked egg on top of the hash browns and then make another square around the egg with more spam in shape of a cabin.  Repeat layers and serve!
