Steak Fajitas

These Steak Fiestas are simple to make and delicious

  • 1 Round Steak
  • 1 Medium White Diced Onion
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper
  • 1 Yellow Bell Pepper
  • 1 Orange Bell Pepper
  • 1 Large Tomato
  • Corn Tortillas


  1. In a large frying pan, add 1 Tbsp. of Oil and sliced round steak. Season with salt and pepper.  Cook until medium.  Set aside.
  2. Cut of Peppers, Onions and Tomatoes you can slice them in thin slices.  Also please make sure to remove the seeds from the peppers. In a large pan add 2 Tbsp. of Oil and cook all peppers, onions until soft, add the tomatoes and cooked beef.
  3. Warm Corn Tortillas, place a serving of the beef and peppers in the middle of the tortillas and top with Sour Cream and Salsa.
