Steelhead Trout

Perfect Broiled Freshwater Fish, light, taste and easy to cool.

  • 4 Slices of Steelhead Fish (Catch or Meat Market)
  • ½ Cup Water
  • Dash
  • Dill Seasoning
  • Lemon Slices
  • Slice of Butter
  • Chopped Chives


  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Rinse off the fish under cold water until clean. Please on a boiler oven pan.  Sprinkle Mrs. Dash evenly over the fish. Then sprinkle Dill Seasoning over the fish.  Add the water to the bottom of the pan.  Place fish in the oven and cook for 30 mins or until a nice pink / flakey separation.  When cooked add 1 slice of butter and sprinkle some chives.  Plate and serve with Lemon Slices.
