Mayo Cake

This cake is my favorite because it’s easy to make and super moist.

  • 1 Cup of Mayonnaise
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 2/3 Cup of Sugar
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
  • ¼ tsp. Baking Powder
  • 1 ¼ tsp. Baking Soda
  • ½ Cup of Cocoa Powder
  • 1 1/3 Cup Water
  • 2 Cups of Flour


  1. Pre – Heat Oven at 350 degrees.  Spray a Bundt Pan baking pan with nonstick spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl cream together the eggs, sugar and mayo.  Add the vanilla, baking powder, soda, cocoa and flour.  Add the water and beat until combined.  Pour into the Bundt pan and bake in the Oven for 30 min or until a knife comes out clean. Chill and remove from the pan upside down on a plate.  When chilled drizzle chocolate frosting and decorate.
  3.  Chocolate Frosting
  • 3 Cups of Powder Sugar
  • 1 Cup Cocoa Powder
  • ½ Cubed of Soft Butter
  • 2 Tbsp. Milk or Buttermilk
  • ½ tsp. Vanilla
  • Mix all ingredients together until stiff peaks.  Place in a decorating bag and drizzle and decorate.
