Ingredients
- 4 Cups of Potatoes Slice Chips
- 1 Package of Butterscotch Chips
Directions
- Place 1 package of the butterscotch chips in microwave bowl and melt chips for 2 minutes and stir and repeat until chips are melted.
- In a larger bowl add the potato chips and the melted butterscotch chips and combine.
- Use a ¼ cup to make a pile on foil or wax paper. Let the cookie set for 1 hour and enjoy.
