Avacado & Tomato Salad

Something fresh and easy to make for a side dish.

  • 4 Avocados
  • 4 Medium Tomatoes
  • 1 Cup of Baby Mozzarella
  • ½ Cup Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp. Parsley
  • Pepper and Salt.


  1. In a large bowl cut up avocados, and tomatoes add the baby mozzarella, oil and parsley.  Season with Salt & Pepper.
  2. Combined and chill for 20 minutes until serve.
