Corned Beef Hash

Perfect Breakfast Meal Corn beef, fried spuds and eggs. Easy breakfast for your family.

  • 4 Medium Red Potatoes (Spuds)
  • 1 Cup of Chopped Cooked Corn Beef
  • Eggs
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. Canola Oil


  1. Peel Spuds and dice into small squares. Rinse off with cold water.  In a medium Frying pan add Canola Oil and turn heat to medium.  Add diced spuds. Cook until tender and golden brown.
  2. Add the sliced corn beef, salt and pepper. Cook for 10 mins.  In separate pan add a little oil and cook 2 egg over medium.  Place on plate and serve with Corn beef hash.
