Summer Peach

Something fresh and easy to make for a summer salad.

  • 1 Container for Cottage Cheese
  • 1 Grill Peach
  • 1 Leave of Lettuce


  1. Take a leaf of lettuce rinse off with cold water and plate. Take a ½ Cup of Cottage Cheese and place on lettuce.
  2. Take a Peach and cut in half and remove seed.  Place on a grill pan and grill for 5 Minutes or until start to get tender soft.
  3. Slice the half of peach into slices and place alongside of the Cottage Cheese and Serve.
