Peach Cobbler

This supper easy Peach Cobbler is a favorite to a nice cooler summer evening.

  • ½ Cup Butter
  • 1 Cup Flour
  • ¼ Cup Sugar
  • ¼ Cup Brown Sugar
  • ¼ tsp. Salt
  • 1 Tbsp. Baking Powder
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 4 Cups Peaches – Fresh – Frozen or Canned
  • ½ Cup Brown Sugar
  • ½ Cup Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp. Cinnamon
  • ************************
  • 1 Tbsp. Cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp. Sugar


  1. Pre Heat Oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Mix flour, ¼ cup of sugar, ¼ cup brown sugar, salt and baking powder into a small bowl cut the butter into little cubs and crumb with dry ingredients. Add the milk and stir with fork.
  3. Place peaches, brown sugar, cinnamon and lemon juice in a medium pot on stove on and bring to a boil –  do not stir.  Once you have a good boil remove from heat and pour in the 11 x 13 cake pan.
  4. Top with the cake mixture.  Combine the Cinnamon and Sugar. Sprinkle on top of the Cake dough.  Bake for 40 – 45 minutes or until Cobbler has a boil around edges.  Serve with Vanilla Ice Cream.
