This supper easy Peach Cobbler is a favorite to a nice cooler summer evening.

Ingredients
- ½ Cup Butter
- 1 Cup Flour
- ¼ Cup Sugar
- ¼ Cup Brown Sugar
- ¼ tsp. Salt
- 1 Tbsp. Baking Powder
- 1 Cup Milk
- 4 Cups Peaches ā Fresh ā Frozen or Canned
- ½ Cup Brown Sugar
- ½ Cup Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp. Cinnamon
- ************************
- 1 Tbsp. Cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar
Directions
- Pre Heat Oven to 375 degrees.
- Mix flour, ¼ cup of sugar, ¼ cup brown sugar, salt and baking powder into a small bowl cut the butter into little cubs and crumb with dry ingredients. Add the milk and stir with fork.
- Place peaches, brown sugar, cinnamon and lemon juice in a medium pot on stove on and bring to a boil – Ā do not stir.Ā Once you have a good boil remove from heat and pour in the 11 x 13 cake pan.
- Top with the cake mixture.Ā Combine the Cinnamon and Sugar. Sprinkle on top of the Cake dough.Ā Bake for 40 – 45 minutes or until Cobbler has a boil around edges.Ā Serve with Vanilla Ice Cream.
