Spring Berry Crisp

  • 1 ½ Cup Blackberries
  • 1 ½ Cup Blueberries
  • 1 ½ Cup Raspberries
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla extract
  • 3 Tbsp. Flour
  • 2 Tbsp. Sugar
  • For Crisp:
  • 1 Cup Packed Brown Sugar
  • ½ Cup Flour
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 2 Cup Old Fashion Oatmeal
  • 1 stick of non – salted Butter – Room Temp.


  1. To prepare Berries: Rinse off the berries and add them to bowl with sugar and flour. Mix gently so flour covers all berries.  Place in and add to a 9” x 9” pan.  Pre – Heat Oven to 375 degrees.
  2. To make Crips: In a bowl add the oatmeal, flour, cinnamon, butter and brown sugar. Crumble until mix together.  Add to the top of the berry mixture.  Place in oven for 25min or until bubbly.  Remove and serve with Vanilla Bean Ice Cream.
