These Buttery Spuds just melt in your mouth.

Ingredients
- 8 Red Potatoes
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1 tsp. Pepper
- 1 Diced Chives
- 1/2 Cup of Irish Butter
Directions
- Heat Oven at 375ā.
- Slice Potatoes about ¼ā Thick.Ā Make sure to clean the potatoes before you cut them. Rinse them off and place in a 9 x 13ā Baking Pan.Ā Salt and Pepper the potatoes.
- Spread the butter in tabs over the potatoes. Over with Tin Foil and place in the oven for 35 minutes or until they are done.Ā Sprinkle Chives and Serve.
