Irish Baked Spuds

These Buttery Spuds just melt in your mouth.

  • 8 Red Potatoes
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1 tsp. Pepper
  • 1 Diced Chives
  • 1/2 Cup of Irish Butter


  1. Heat Oven at 375”.
  2. Slice Potatoes about ¼” Thick.  Make sure to clean the potatoes before you cut them. Rinse them off and place in a 9 x 13” Baking Pan.  Salt and Pepper the potatoes.
  3. Spread the butter in tabs over the potatoes. Over with Tin Foil and place in the oven for 35 minutes or until they are done.  Sprinkle Chives and Serve.
