Italian Tortellini Salad

  • 3 Cups of Three Cheese Tortellini
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper
  • 1 Cup of Cherry Tomatoes
  • ¼ Cup of Sliced Black Olives
  • 1 Cup of Mini Pepperonis
  • 10 Pre-Slices of Salami
  • 2 Cups of Italian Dressing


  1. Cook the Three Cheese Tortellini by instructions for 7 Minutes. Drain and place in a large bowl to chill.  Cut the Bell Peppers into small pcs and add to large bowl, Cut the Cherry tomatoes in 4th ‘s and add to bowl.
  2. Drain the juice from sliced Black Olives and add to the bowl. Add the Mini Pepperoni to the Bowl. Use 10 Slices of the Salami cut into fourth and add to the bowl. Make sure to break up.  
  3. Add the dressing mix and Chill in Refrigerate to serve 4 hours. Make sure to mix again as dressing settles bottom of the bowl.
