Mix your water, sugar and bisquick together in a bowl.
In a small 8×8” Foil pan add 2 Tbsp. of Oil or butter and spread around edges and bottom of pan. Add the batter to foil pan and cover with foil, Place on top of grill of fire pit and cook for 10 min one side and turn upside down and cook for another 10 minutes. You can turn it to the top and check to see if batter is cooked by placing a knife in the center and it comes out clean. Remove from heat and spread some butter and serve.
** Make sure your fire pit is a coal temperature not a roaring fire blaze.
