Big Mamma's Baby Back Ribs

If you don’t like messy these mouthwatering Baby Backs are not for you.

  • 1 rack of Pork Baby Back Ribs
  • 1 Tbsp. Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. Salt
  • 1 Tbsp. Onion Powder
  • 1 Tbsp. Garlic Salt
  • 1 Tbsp. Smoked Paprika
  • 1 Tbsp. Cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Italian Seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp. Water
  • 3 Tbsp. Sriracha Sauce
  • 2 Cups Favorite BBQ Sauce


  1. Take your Baby Back Rib and trim fat from bottom of Ribs. Rinse and pat down dry with paper towel and place on a large piece of tin foil.
  2. In a small bowl add all your dry seasonings and mix together. Start to sprinkle on the bottom of the Baby Ribs and then flip and sprinkle the rest of the dry seasonings on the top of the ribs.
  3. Take about 2 Tbsp. of Water and splash down your ribs with your fingers. Cover the Ribs with the Foil pinching the ends together.
  4. Place on your BBQ at around 275 degrees or low coals for about 90 minutes and Flip. Cook again for another 90 minutes and open the foil. Make sure the cooking process is slow and on low heat. Dress the Ribs with your BBQ Sauce and cook for another 30 minutes until they are finger licking good then cut and serve.
