In a measuring cup add your warm water, milk, sugar and active yeast and set aside for about 5 Minutes. Then add to your large mixer add your Kneading Hook and turn on slow. Begin to add your flour 1 cup at a time until all the flour is used. Add your salt and cheese to the mixture.
Knead in the mixture until to see the bread create blisters on the dough. Take a large Bowl and when you have kneaded the bread in the mixture for about 15 minutes add to the bowl and cover with a towel to rest and rise for about 30 minutes. Remove the towel and punch down the dough and separate into 3 even parts. Remove 1 of the parts of the cheese dough and dust your large cutting board a little flour. Roll out into a long piece and repeat each section. Take the ends of each dough and start to bread until you have a full length bread.
Place on a long cookie sheet and cover again with a towel and rise another 20 minutes. Pre – Heat Oven to 375 degrees. When the bread has had a chance to rise again add in the Oven and Bake for 35 Minutes. Remove from the Oven and when you knock on the bread and it echos its done. Set aside and bast the top with butter. Chill and Serve.
