This is a sweet cranberry and white chocolate cookie.

    • 1 Box of White Cake Mix
    • 2 Eggs
    • ½ Cup Oil
    • 1 ¼ Cup of Dried Cranberries

    2 Cups of White Chips I used Ghirardelli.


  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper or spray with non-stick spray.  In a large bowl mix the white cake mix, eggs, and oil together until well combined.
  2. Add your cranberries and white chips.  Scoop 1” Spoons onto the baking sheets and place in oven.
  3. Bake for 8 to 10 Min and remove to wire cookie rack to cook. Serve.
