Holy Hot Poppers

These are perfect and delicious.

  • 6 Large Jalapeños
  • 1 Habanero Pepper
  • 1 – Pack of Cream Cheese
  • ½ Cup of Grated Colby Cheese
  • 6 Slices of Apple wood Bacon


Pre – Heat Oven to 400 Degrees

Cut your Jalapeno’s in half and remove the seeds and set aside.  Take the Habanero Pepper and cut the top off and remove the seeds.  Dice into tiny pieces and add to a small bowl with the cream cheese and grated Colby cheese and mix together.  Take half of the Jalapeno and stuff with your cream cheese mixture. Cut your bacon slices in half.  Take a slice and wrap around the Stuff Jalapeno.  Take a toothpick and pull through the Pepper to hold the ends of the Bacon.  Place onto a Broiler Pan and when Jalapenos are all done place in the oven and bake for 25 minutes. Remove and place on a plate to serve.
