Jason’s Stuff Shrimp

These are perfect and delicious.

  • 12 – 31/40 Cleaned and Shelled Shrimp
  • 1 – 16 oz of Cream Cheese
  • 2 Jalapenos – Seeded and Minced into Small pieces
  • 1 Garlic Glove – Minced
  • 2 Lemons for Lemon Wedges



Clean and remove your shell from the shrimp and rinse clean and pat dry.  From the top of the Shrimp cut down the back about ¼ way  and remove the vein and rinse clean.  Set aside on a plate until all Shrimp are done.  In a small bowl add your cream cheese, minced garlic and minced Jalapenos. Combine well.  Spoon into a decorating bag with a 21 Tip.  Take a Shrimp and add a layer of the mixture to each Shrimp and layer onto a plate.  Add some Lemon Wedges and Serve.
