  • 4 Cups of Cooked Kidney Beans
  • 2 Large Cans of Diced Stewed Tomatoes
  • 1 Cups of Water
  • ¼ Cup of Chili Powder
  • 15 – 31/ 40 Deveined & Peel Shrimp
  • 1 Small Diced White Onion
  • 1 Clove of Garlic
  • 2 Tbs. Olive Oil
  • 1 Tsp. Salt
  • 1 Tsp. Pepper
  • Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese.
  • Sour Cream
  • Chives


In a Large Soup Pot add the Olive Oil, Onion, Garlic, Salt, Pepper and brown.  Then add your chili powder and mix over the onions.  Open your Kidney Beans and make sure to rinse off all excess juices then add to the pop of cooked onions. Add your two large cans of Stewed Diced Tomatoes and water and bring to boil.  Pre-pair your Shrimp by making sure to remove all the outer shell and devein the shrimp and rinse good.  When your Chili Beans are at a boil add the uncooked shrimp the stir and cook for 10 Minutes. Turn off heat and serve in a bowl. Top with Monterey Jack Cheese, Sour Cream and Chives.
