These are the best Fresh Berry Pancakes

  • 1 1/2 Cups Flour
  • 3 1/2 Tsp. Baking Powder
  • 1 Tsp. Salt
  • 1 Tbs. Sugar
  • 1 Eggs
  • 3 Tbs. Melted Butter
  • 1 1/4 Cup Milk
  • 1 Ts. Vanilla
  • Favorite Berries – Blackberry, Blueberry, Raseberry
  • Star Cookie Cutter.


In a mixing bowl add all ingredients and combine well. When you have created a batter that is smooth * if too thick add more milk*.  Warm up a flat skillet and add a little oil, spoon a little bit of the batter to make a small pancake.  Wait for the bubbles before you flip over. Cook on both sides until golden brown. When done remove from pan serve on plate. Take your Cookie Cutter and cut out a Star.  Sprinkle the fruit around the stars and Serve.
