Perfect Dinner Rolls everytime.

Makes: 24 Rolls

  • 6 cups of All Purpose Flour
  • 2 Tbsp. Active Yeast
  • 2 Cups of Warm Milk
  • ¼ Cup of Sugar
  • 2 Tsp. Salt
  • 6 Tbsp. Butter Softened
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. Melted Butter


In a mixing bowl combine, use a kneaded hook and add the warm milk, yeast, sugar, butter and eggs.  Turn on low.  Add in 5/12 Cups of Flour, 1 cup at a time and mix on medium until the dough starts to mix. Then add the rest of the flour.  Mix until the dough pulls away from the bowl or you start to see blisters from the dough.  Transfer into a lightly greased bowl and cover with a towel and let rise or 3 hours.

Lightly grease a baking sheet.  Punch down the dough and form into 24 Rolls.  Cover the rolls again with a towel and rise 1 hour.  Pre – Heat Oven to 375 degrees.  Bake for 12 to 15 Minutes or until golden brown.  Brush the Top with the 1 Tbsp. of Melted Butter.

Serve – Store in Gallon Bag to keep Fresh.
