Healthy way to cook Kale for the perfect side Dish.

  • 6 Cups Fresh Spinach
  • ½ Medium White Onion Diced
  • 1 Cup of Chicken Broth
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Pinch of Pepper 


In a large Frying Pan melt butter and add the white onion.  When the Onion is cooked down for about 5 Min then add the Chopped Kale after you have removed and prepped.  Take your Kale and remove the Main Stem in the middle then chop down the leaves.  Place in the Frying pan to cook.  Add the Salt and Pepper and Chicken Broth to the pan. Cook down until bright green and Serve.
