This is a fun way to serve Carrots.

  • 4 Large Carrots
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter
  • 2 Tbsp. Pure Maple Syrup


Take a Potato peeler and peel back the first layer of Carrots. Cut off both ends.  Then continue to peel in long strips pieces of carrots until you have use all the carrot.  Place the Ribbon carrots in the frying pan with butter and cook for 5 minutes then add the water and turn down the heat and cover steam for about 12 minutes. Add your Pure Maple Syrup and toss and cover with Lid to rest for another 5 min. Remove from Heat and Serve.
