Healthy way to cook Broccoli, Cauliflower and Carrots all together.

Instructions:
Rinse your Veggies clean with water. Cut down the heads of Broccoli and Cauliflower. Peel down the carrot and cut off the ends. Then cut into ¼ā Slices.Ā Add all the Veggies to a Medium Pot with a Steam rest at the bottom.Ā Add your Water. Place on high heat with a Lid Covered for about 10 Minutes. Remove from Steamer an Serve on Plate.
