Banana’s and Carmel on French Toast a perfect match.

  • 8 Slices of thick White Bread
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • 3 Tbsp. Cold Milk
  • ½ tsp. Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 Banana – Slice
  • Carmel Syrup
  • Whipping Cream

In a medium bowl beat eggs, milk, vanilla extract and cinnamon together.  Set aside or in Refrigerator until ready to use.

To cook French toast, remove your egg mixture and bring to stove. On a flat pan add some non-cooking spray or a little butter.  Dip your bread into the egg mixture and place on pan, cook until bottoms is brown and turn over. Make sure your coast is golden on both sides of bread. Remove and plate. 

On a slice of the French Toast layer some bananas then add another slice of the cooked French Toast and then layer again with slices of Banana. Add Whipping Cream and Drizzle with Carmel.
