The Perfect Scramble Eggs

  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 Tsp. Water
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Pinch of Pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter


In small bowl crack, the eggs and scramble with a fork then add the water.  In a small frying Pan add 1 Tbsp. of the Butter to melt.  Add the eggs and sprinkle with a pinch of pepper and salt.  On medium high heat move the eggs around until they are almost cooked then add the rest of the butter to the eggs.  Remove from heat  and cover with a lid.  Serve on plate and enjoy.
