Warm Corn Bread is a perfect side to add to any plate during supper.

• 1 Fresh Corn on the Cob
• 1 Cups of Corn Meal
• 1 Cup of Flour
• 2/3 Cup of Sugar
• 1 Tsp. Salt
• 3 ½ Tsp. Baking Powder
• 1 Egg
• 1 Cup Milk
• 1/3 Cup Canola Oil
• 2 Jalapeños

Warm Oven to 350 degrees. Line a Muffin Pan with Paper liners. Next cut the corn off the cobb and add to the above ingredients in a mixing bowl and beat well. Take your Jalapeños cut of the top end and along the side to remove the seed vein and seeds. Then dice into small pieces adding to your corn mixture. Scoop mixture into the line muffin liners about 3/4ths to the top. Bake for 20 min or when testing place the end of a knife in the middle and it comes out clean. Remove and smooth butter over the top. Serve.
