Chorizo and Eggs

Easy Breakfast Tacos.

4 Eggs
• 2 Tbsp. Butter
• Pinch of Salt
• Pinch of Pepper
• Pork Chorizo
• Corn Tortillas

In a small bowl crack the eggs and add the pepper and salt. Beat well. In a medium skillet add half of the Chorizo and cook down for about 5 minutes or until cooked well. Add the egg mixture and stir until eggs are cooked. Warm the Corn Tortillas then add some Chorizo an Egg Mixture. Serve.
