Healthy way to cook Kale and Butternut Squash

• 6 Cups Fresh Kale
• 1 Cup of Diced Butternut Squash
• 1 Cup of Chicken Broth
• 2 Tbsp. Butter
• Pinch of Salt
• Pinch of Pepper

In a large Frying Pan melt butter and add the Butternut Squash. After 8 Minutes season with pepper and salt then add the Chopped Kale. Make sure you have removed the middle vain so the Kale cooks evenly. Stir and flip the Kale and the Butternut Squash then add the Chicken Broth to the pan. Over with a Lid and cook for another 5 Minutes. When Squash is fork Tender turn off heat and Serve.
