
The Best way to cook Meatloaf

Ingredients
- 3lbs of Lean Ground Beef
- 1 Tsp. Pepper
- 1 Tsp. Salt
- 1 Tsp. Garlic Powder
- 2 Eggs
- 2 Tbsp. Worchester Sauce
- 1 Small Package of Stuffing
- 1 Small White Onion Chopped
- 1 Small Bell Pepper Chopped
- ½ Cup of Ketchup
- ¼ Cup of Brown Sugar
Instructions:
- Pre – Heat oven at 375 Degrees
- In a large Bowl add the Ground Beef, Pepper, Salt, Garlic Salt, Worchester Sauce, Package of Stuffing, Onions, Bell Peppers and eggs.
- Mix together and place in a Casserole Dish and Shape into a Long Oval Loaf.
- In a small bowl mix together, the ketchup and Brown Sugar.
- Press down the middle a little dent like a boat and pour the Mixture on top of the meat the full length.
- Place in the Oven and Cook for 60 Minutes.
- Remove to Cool and Slice
