For those Hot Summer Dishes this is perfect.

Homemade By: Siam Rimmer


  • 1 Head of Lettuce
  • 8 Cherry Tomatoes Halved
  • 3 Radish’s Sliced Thin
  • ¼ Cub Cheddar Cheese Cubed
  • Blue Cheese Dressing


  1. Cut the end of the Lettuce and rinse under cold water.
  2. Drain on paper towel then cut in ½ and then cut the ½ into ½.
  3. Place the lettuce wedge on a plate and drizzle with the Blue Cheese Dressing.
  4. To the side add the Slice Cherry tomatoes, radishes and a couple of cubs of cheddar cheese.
  5. Serve
