  • 6 Cups of All Purpose Flour
  • 2 Tbsp. Active Yeast
  • 2 Cups of Warm Milk
  • ¼ Cup of Sugar
  • 2 Tsp. Salt
  • 6 Tbsp. Butter Softened
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. Melted Butter

Inside Filing:

  • 1 Stick of Butter Room Tempature
  • 1 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 4 Tbsp. Cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp. Sugar
  • ¼ Cup – Extra Butter to Brush after Cooked

  • Instrutions:
  1. In a mixing bowl combine, use a kneeded hook and add the warm milk, yeast, sugar, butter and eggs. Turn on low. 
  2. Add in 5/12 Cups of Flour, 1 cup at a time and mix on medium until the dough starts to mix. Then add the rest of the flour. Mix until the dough pulls away from the bowl or you start to see blisters from the dough. 
  3. Transfer into a lightly greased bowl and cover with a towel and let rise or 3 hours.
  4. Light Flour your Counter or Bread Board and Roll out the dough about ½” long – retangle.
  5. In a bowl add the Brown Sugar, Sugar and Cinnamon and mix together
  6. Take the Soften Butter and spread over the dough.
  7. Sprinkle all the Brown Sugar mixture all over the dough.
  8. Start at one end beginnig to roll the retangle up until the end. Than cut each roll about 3 Finger lengths.
  9. Spray a 9” x 13” Cake Pan and place each roll about ½’ apart in the pan.
  10. Cover with a clean towel and rise for 1 hour.
  11. Pre – Heat Oven to 375 degrees.
  12. When the hour is over place Rolls in the Oven to cook for 15mins or until golden Brown.
  13. Remove and brush with Butter and cool.
  14. Pre – Pair Frosting and Spread Over the Rolls.
  15. Serve
