  • 1 Handful of Wheat Spaghetti Noodles
  • 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Water for Noodles.
  • 4 Spicy Turkey Sausages
  • 2 Cups of Fresh Spinach
  • 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1 Large Tomato
  • 6 Sliced Black Olives
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. Butter


  1. In an large frying pan add the Olive Oil and pre -heat.
  2. Open up the Turkey Sausages and fork them and place in frying pan to sear. Cook for 8 minutes then turn over.
  3. Bring to Boil some water in a large pot to cook the noodles and add 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil and Pinch of Salt. When water comes to boil add the Wheat Spagahii Noodles. Cook for 10 Minutes or until done. Strain Water and set aside.
  4. Turn the Turkey Sausages over until cooked complete, remove from the pan and cut into 1” pieaces return to the frying pan.
  5. Add the Tomotoes, butter and olives and cook down for 5 Minutes.
  6. Add the Spinach and cooked noodles and stir together.
  7. Cook for another 5 Minutes.
  8. Top with Grated Parmesan Cheese
  9. Plate and Serve.
