Tartar Sauce

Homemade Tartar Sauce perfect for any Fish Dish.

  • 1 Cup of Mayonnaise
  • 1 Dill Pickel
  • ¼ Tsp. Pepper
  • 1 Tsp. Sugar
  • 1 Tsp. Real Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tsp. Parsley


  1. In a medium bowl add the Mayonnaise, pepper, parley, sugar and lemon juice and mix.
  2. Dice up the Dill Pickle into small pieces and add the mayo mixture and mix well.
  3. Serve into a small bowl to dip in Fish.
  4. Refrigerate Rest up to 3 days.
