Over Easy Up Eggs

This is a must for Easy Up Eggs.

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1 Tbsp. Water
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Pinch of Pepper


  1. Take a Small Non-Stick Frying Pan and add the Butter.
  2. Turn on Medium High Heat on Stove.
  3. Crack the Eggs into the pan when the butter is melted.
  4. Cook until the bottom of the eggs turns white about 2 to 3 minutes
  5. Add the water and cover with a lid for 2 minutes.
  6. Remove lid and sprinkle the pepper and salt.
  7. Plate and Serve.
