Bacon & Pea Salad

Perfect Summer Salad using Peas.

  • 3 Cups of Frozen Sweet Peas
  • ¼ Cup of Sliced Water Chestnuts
  • 1 Cup of Mayo
  • ¼ Cup of Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 5 Slices of Bacon
  • ¼ Tsp. Pepper


  1. In a large bowl add the Frozen Peas to thaw and set aside.
  2. Cook the Bacon and when cooked chop into ½” pieces.
  3. Add the cooked Bacon to Peas.
  4. Slice up the Water Chestnuts slices into 4 pieces and add to Bowl.
  5. Slice the Cheddar Cheese into small squares and add to bowl.
  6. Add the Mayo and mix together.
  7. Sprinkle the pepper on the Salad and mix.
  8. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
