Perfect Way to cook Corn on the Cobb

  • 6 Sweet Corn Ears
  • ½ Cup of Butter
  • Water
  • 3 Cups of Whole Milk
  • Salt
  • Pepper


  1. In a large pot add the water ½ way, butter and Milk and turn on Medium Hi Heat on stove.
  2. Remove the Husks and Hairs from the Cobb and cut them in half.
  3. Place the Corn of the Cobb in the pot of milk and butter.
  4. Cook for about 45minutes with a Lid.
  5. Remove and cover with butter.
  6. Sprinkle some Salt and Pepper
  7. Serve
