Super Tender & Sweet Onions

  • 2 Large Walla Walla Sweet Onions
  • 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
  • Pinch of Pepper
  • Pinch of Salt


  1. Peel the skin from Onions and then dice into small pieces
  2. In a large Skilled pre – heat the Olive Oil.
  3. Add the Onions and cook down on Medium Hi Heat and toss from time to time.
  4. Sprinkle the Pepper and Salt over the Onions
  5. Cook for about 15 Minutes or until Tender.
  6. Serve on Favorite Meats or Sandwich.
