Sweetness to Red Onions

  • 1 Large Purple Onion
  • 1 Cup of Apple Vinegar
  • 2 Cups of Water
  • 1 Tbsp. Sugar


  1. Cut the Purple Onion into Rings then in half.
  2. Take a container add the water, vinegar and sugar. Set stir 3 minutes to dissolve the sugar.
  3. Take a Mason Jar add the Red Onions into the Jar then pour the Vinegar mixture over.
  4. Cover with a Lid and Refrigerate for 1 hour or overnight.
  5. Serve with any Mexican Dish.
