Pumpkin Spice

This is the perfect Fall Pumpkin Spice Butter

  • 1 Cup Cooked Pumpkin
  • 1/2 Cup of Sugar
  • ½ Cup of Brown Sugar
  • 1 Cup of Apple Juice
  • 1 Tsp. Cinnamon
  • ¾ Tsp. Nutmeg
  • ½ Tsp Ground Cloves
  • 2 Tsp. Lemon Juice


  1. In a medium Pot add the Pumpkin, Sugar, Brown Sugar, Apple Juice, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Gloves and Lemon Juice.
  2. Mix and bring to boil. Then turn down to low and cook for about 20 minutes and stir occasionally.
  3. Remove from heat and to chill.
  4. Place in a sealed jar.
  5. When completely chilled serve.
  6. Keep up to 2 Weeks in Refrigerator.
