Cran Orange
The Perfect Cran Orange Cupcakes
Homemade By: Siam Rimmer
Ingredients:
- 1 Box ā Yellow Cake
- Oil
- Eggs
- Water
- ½ of the Zest from Orange
- ½ of the Juice from the Orange
- ¼ Cup Fresh Cranberries
Butter
Cream Frosting:
- Recipe for Butter Cream on Rimmerās Red
Barn.
- ½ of Zest from Orange
- 1 Tbsp. Fresh Orange Juice
Instructions:
- Pre
ā Heat Oven to 350 Degrees
- Make
Cake mix to directions.
- ½
of Zest of Orange an add to Cake Mix.
- Take
½ of Orange and Squeeze the Juice into the Batter and mix well.
- Line
a 12 Cupcake Pan with Paper Liners
- Scoop
and fill each cupcake liner and place in the Oven
- Bake
to Directions on Box.
- When
the Cupcakes are cooked remove from oven and place to cool completely.
- Make
the favorite Butter Cream Frosting and add the other ½ of the Zest to the
Batter.
- Add
1 Tbsp of the Fresh Orange Juice to the Frosting and Beat well.
- Add
the Orange Butter Cream into a Piping Bag and Frost Cupcake
- Top
with Fresh Cranberries
- Plate
and Serve.
