The perfect Grizzly Cookie

  • 2 Cups unsalted Butter (at room temperature)
  • 2 Cups Sugar
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 3 Tsp Vanilla
  • 4 Cups All-purpose Flour
  • 1Tsp. of Salt
  • 1 Jar of Dulce de Leche
  • Snowflake Sprinkles


  1. Cream the Butter and Sugar together in the bowl of an electric mixer on low to medium speed
  2. Add Eggs slowly and mix. Scrape down the bowl with your spatula at least once and mix again.
  3. Add liquid vanilla extract. Stir briefly.
  4. Add all of the Flour to the bowl. Mix on low speed for 3 seconds.
  5. Remove the Dough to a Large Bowl and Cover with Clear Wrap and Refrigerate for 30 Minutes.
  6. Remove from Chilled and Roll out 2” Balls and place on Cookie Sheet.  3 Cookies per Row
  7. Take the end of a glass and press down the balls slightly.
  8. Preheat Oven to 350°F or 176°C.
  9. Bake cookies for 8-12 minutes or until the center of the cookie no longer looks wet. The baking time will depend on the size of your cookie.
  10. Remove on Cookie Sheet to Chill for a Bit
  11. Take a Cookie Star Cutter and Cut out each cookie in the shape of a Star.
  12. When completely Cooled spread on the Dulce de Leche and add a Snowflake Sprinkle to each point of the Star.
  13. Serve on Plate and Enjoy.
