The perfect Grizzly Cookie

Ingredients:
- 2
Cups unsalted Butter (at room temperature)
- 2
Cups Sugar
- 2
Large Eggs
- 3
Tsp Vanilla
- 4
Cups All-purpose Flour
- 1Tsp.
of Salt
- 1
Jar of Dulce de Leche
- Snowflake
Sprinkles
Instructions:
- Cream
the Butter and Sugar together in the bowl of an electric mixer on low to
medium speed
- Add
Eggs slowly and mix. Scrape down the bowl with your spatula at least once
and mix again.
- Add
liquid vanilla extract. Stir briefly.
- Add
all of the Flour to the bowl. Mix on low speed for 3 seconds.
- Remove
the Dough to a Large Bowl and Cover with Clear Wrap and Refrigerate for 30
Minutes.
- Remove
from Chilled and Roll out 2ā Balls and place on Cookie Sheet. 3 Cookies per Row
- Take
the end of a glass and press down the balls slightly.
- Preheat
Oven to 350°F or 176°C.
- Bake
cookies for 8-12 minutes or until the center of the cookie no longer looks
wet. The baking time will depend on the size of your cookie.
- Remove
on Cookie Sheet to Chill for a Bit
- Take
a Cookie Star Cutter and Cut out each cookie in the shape of a Star.
- When
completely Cooled spread on the Dulce de Leche and add a Snowflake
Sprinkle to each point of the Star.
- Serve
on Plate and Enjoy.
