Homemade By: Siam Rimmer


  • ¾ Cup Flour
  • ¼ Cup Cornstarch
  • ½ Tsp. Baking Powder
  • ¼ Tsp. Baking Soda
  • ½ Tsp. Salt
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/3 Cup of Oil
  • ¾ Tsp. Vanilla

Cinnamon Mixture

  • 1 ½ Tsp. Sugar
  • 4 Tbsp. Melted Butter
  • 2 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Cinnamon
  • Whipping Cream


  1. In a large Bowl add the flour, cornstarch, baking powder, baking soda, salt, milk, egg, vanilla and oil. 
  2. Mix well until the flour is broken down and you have a creamy mixture.
  3. In a small bowl melt the butter then add the sugar and cinnamon and mix together. 
  4. Place the Cinnamon mixture in a sandwich baggy and cut a small piece off a corner
  5. Make sure the Waffle Iron is pre – heated. Spray Non-Stick Stray on the Waffle Iron. Top and Bottom plates.
  6. Then add the batter to the size of Waffle Iron you have.
  7. Take the Cinnamon Mixture and from the middle start a Circle Pattern on the Batter.
  8. Close the Waffle Iron and Cook.
  9. When waffle is done remove and place on a plate. 
  10. Add more of the Cinnamon Mixture and Top with Whipping Cream.
  11. Enjoy.
