Homemade By: Siam Rimmer
Ingredients
- ¾ Cup Flour
- ¼ Cup Cornstarch
- ½ Tsp. Baking Powder
- ¼ Tsp. Baking Soda
- ½ Tsp. Salt
- 1 Cup Milk
- 1 Egg
- 1/3 Cup of Oil
- ¾ Tsp. Vanilla
- ½ Cup Dark Chocolate Chips
- Chocolate Syrup
Cherryās
- ¼ Cup Sugar
- 2 Cup Fresh Cherries ā Remove
Stem
- ¼ Cup Water
Instructions:
- In a large Bowl add the
flour, cornstarch, baking powder, baking soda, salt, milk, egg, vanilla and
oil.
- Mix well until the flour
is broken down and you have a creamy mixture.
- Add Water, Sugar and
Cherries to a small pan and cook for 15 minutes or until cherryās pop and
releases the seed. Remove from heat to chill.
Make sure to stir occasionally.
- Make sure the Waffle
Iron is pre ā heated.
- Spray Non-Stick Stray on
the Waffle Iron. Top and Bottom plates.
- Add the batter to the
size of Waffle Iron you have and cook.
- When waffle is done
remove and place on a plate. Break up
the cooked squares of waffle.
- Take a spoon of the
cooked cherries and layer on the top of waffle.
- Then stack another
waffle and layer with chocolate Chips and chocolate Syrup
- Repeat until you have a
tower 4 Waffle squares.
- Top with Cherries and
Chocolate Chip and drizzle with Chocolate Syrup.
- Serve and Enjoy.
