Asparagus Rolls

  • 1 Box of Lasagna Noodles
  • 2 Bunch’s of Fresh Asparagus
  • 1 Glove of Fresh Garlic Minced
  • 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 8 Slices of Applewood Bacon
  • 1 Cup Butter
  • 1 Cup Cream Cheese
  • 1 1/2 Cup of Heavy Cream
  • ½ Cup Parmesan Cheese
  • Salt
  • Pepper


  1. In a Large Pot bring water to boil and add 1 Tsp. Salt.
  2. When water is Boiling the Lasagna Noodles and cook to time on Box.
  3. Strain water and return to large pot.
  4. In a large frying Pan add the Bacon and cook until done.
  5. Remove from Pan and dice into small piecces.
  6. Cut off the End of the Asparagus and rinse under cold water.
  7. Then to the frying pan with the excess bacon fat.
  8. Add the Minced Garlic
  9. Saute for 5 – 7 Minute remove from heat and set aside.
  10. In another pot add the Butter and Cream Cheese.
  11. Melt down then add the Heavy Cream.  Bring to heat.
  12. Add the Parmesan Cheese and mix well.  Turn off heat.
  13. Take a plate then a sleeve of Noodle.
  14. Take a spoon of the Cheese Mixture and spread the full length of noodle.
  15. Take a about 8pcs of the cooked Aspargus and place at the front of noodle.
  16. Then roll up the noodle and plate.
  17. Pour some more Cheese Sauce on the top of Noodle.
  18. Sprinkle with some Pepper, Bacon.
  19. Repeat for more servings.
  20. Serve and Enjoy
