Chicken Baskettii

  • 1 Box of Spaghetti Noodles
  • Water of cover noodles
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 3 Skinless Chicken Breast
  • 3 Tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1 Medium White Onion
  • 1 Glove of Fresh Garlic Crushed
  • 1 Small Jar of Tomato Paste
  • 1 Large Jar of Diced Tomatoes
  • 2 Large Jars of Tomato Sauce
  • 4 Large Fresh Tomatoes
  • ¼ Cup Sugar
  • 1 Tsp. Oregano
  • 1 Tsp. Garlic Salt
  • 1 Tsp. Pepper
  • 1 Tsp. Salt
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese


  1. Turn Stove on Hi and place Large Frying Pan to Pre Heat.
  2. Add the Olive Oil and then Prep the Chicken Breast.
  3. Rinse the Skinless Chicken Breast under cold water then pat dry with paper towel.
  4. Season both sides with Salt and Pepper then cut into small pieaces.
  5. Add the Chicken, onion, and minced Fresh Garlic to the Frying Pan.
  6. Cook for about 15 Minutes to make sure Chicken is cooked.
  7. Then add the sugar, oregano, garlic salt, tomatoe paste, diced tomatoes, tomatoe sauce and fresh diced tomatoes.
  8. Cook on Medium Low heat for about 25 mintues and stir occationally.  Cover with a Lid.
  9. In a Large Pot add water, salt and Olive Oil and bring to boil.
  10. Add the Spaghetti Noodles and cook for 10 minutes. Test the noodles to make sure cooked and drain off the water then return to pot.
  11. Serve a plate of Spaghetti Noodles and Top with the Chicken Sauce.
  12. Sprinkle some Parmesan Cheese on the Top
  13. Enjoy.
